Our Christmas Trip
Our Christmas trip went well. As I wrote earlier, Valerie went to the hospital. She has not yet delivered Tobias. Instead, she will be on bedrest until she delivers. Both she and the baby are safe and well right now, just under observation at the hospital. The induction date has probably been moved earlier (from Jan 11th) to Jan 3rd or 4th. Jennie (my mother in law) is staying with Brian, Valerie, and Caleb for a while to help them while Val is in the hospital.
The flights went alright. Even though we had a few delays, and the flights were completely full, we got to our destination in one piece. I think we’ve recovered now. 
And we didn’t see any snow! We travelled several states north, and San Antonio got more winter weather while we were gone! San Antonio got some “ice pellets” (as described by my mom), and Houston had real snow. So much for a white Christmas! LOL
It was wonderful to see MaryBeth and Caleb interacting. Aside from the time that Caleb threw a volleyball in her face, they got along quite well. MaryBeth liked all of Caleb’s toys, and Caleb thought all MaryBeth’s presents belonged to him. I can’t wait until they get old enough to be real friends. And Tobias, too!
We have added some new pictures in an “8 Months” album under MaryBeth. Some of them are Christmas pictures. We will work on getting some more pictures/video of Christmas up soon.
